Where the first book sets out principles, this one is built for practitioners doing the work. Its exercises start by mapping an organisation's current state against the statements of an AI technical standard and costing the gaps, then apply a plan-do-check-act cycle to implementation.
It carries the governance thread through procurement, contracts and the lifecycle of an AI system, which is why it underpins both the AI governance and project delivery and the IT and AI contracting work on this site.
